• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It covers parts bought directly from Recon Composites — parts purchased used, secondhand, or from any reseller or third party are not covered.
• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on parts sold by Recon Composites. It does not cover damage from accidents, impact, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
• Paint and clear coat finish are not covered. UV exposure and storage conditions vary by owner — a vehicle kept outdoors in direct sunlight will fade or discolor faster than one kept in a garage, and this is outside our control.
• Parts are warrantied for street use only. Extreme heat, high-speed driving, aggressive driving, or track use can discolor or crack carbon fiber, and voids the warranty on the affected part.
